Synia Pavelle
Director of Client Experience
I am the Director of Client Experience and run the operations side of this business. From order entry, to keeping track of inventory, gathering clients' clothing, scheduling calls, scheduling fittings, being the main point of contact for our factory reps, being a customer service rep for our clients, keeping track of order statuses (I know where each garment is in the production line at all times), handling returns/exchanges/alterations processes, assisting our accounting department, and a few other tasks. I have been in partnership with Bridgett for 7+ years and pride myself on having this be a well-oiled machine that runs smoothly. I’m a huge contributor to the growth of our office with my expertise in all these departments.
Fun facts: I like to hike/backpack, snowboard, ice skate, and I am obsessed with our 18 lb black cat, Shadeaux, who my husband and I adopted when Shadeaux was 9 years old.

In my role supporting Bridgett and Virtue Clothing, I take pride in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. I'm responsible for providing safe and punctual transportation to client meetings, a vital part of maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and reliability. Additionally, I put together hotlists for these meetings, carefully identifying opportunities for referrals and new client acquisition, which are key to our growth and expansion.
My duties also extend beyond the road; I actively research and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, expanding our reach and introducing our bespoke services to a wider audience. Keeping in touch with our existing clientele is equally important to me. I make it a point to inform them about current promotions, new clothing selections, and other updates, ensuring they're always in the loop and eager to schedule their next appointment. Moreover, managing the delivery of alterations and drop-offs to our clients is a responsibility I handle with great care, adding a personal touch to our service and reinforcing our dedication to convenience and excellence.
